Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Rachael Addis website.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Artwork

Every original painting is created by Rachael Addis and is described as accurately as possible, including its dimensions, medium and any unique characteristics.

Whilst every effort is made to represent each artwork accurately, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

All original paintings are supplied with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

Payment is securely processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Full payment is required before an order can be dispatched or collected.

4. Shipping & Collection

Orders placed through this website are currently available for UK delivery only.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please get in touch before placing your order to discuss international shipping options.

Shipping charges are applied as a flat rate according to the size of the artwork:

• Prints - £4

• Small Paintings (up to 90cm) - £20

• Medium Paintings (90–150cm) £100

• Large Paintings Price on application

Collection from the studio is also available by arrangement.

5. Dispatch

Dispatch times are shown on each individual product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Cancellations

If you purchase an artwork online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returned artwork must be:

• unusedin its original condition

• returned in its original packaging

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact rr.addis@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of both the artwork and its packaging.

Commissioned artworks and bespoke pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

7. Copyright

Copyright and all intellectual property rights relating to every artwork remain the sole property of Rachael Addis, even after purchase.

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, distributed, published, adapted or used commercially without prior written permission from Rachael Addis.

8. Liability

Rachael Addis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of artwork purchased through this website.

Liability shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the artwork.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
